The Story
This thru axle is designed to allow you to attach an Ortlieb Quick Rack to bikes that don't have lower rack eyelets. You replace your existing thru axle with the Ortlieb one, and you can bolt the quick rack nubs straight onto the axle. It has M6 threads.
It will replace thru axles that are 165 mm (tapered), or 168 mm to 180 mm (straight), using the supplied spacers. It can also replace shorter thru axles if a little bit of the axle can protrude through the frame.
